Belmond Bellini Club is the luxury program of Belmond’s Luxury Hotels and Resorts, trains and cruises. Belmond’s operates a great mix of accommodations and transport options, luxury hotels and resorts, the world’s best train journeys, such as the Orient Express, and cruises.

Belmond operates hotels and resorts worldwide, including Reids Palace in Madeira and Cap Juluca in Anguilla (image on the right). They also have Grand Hotel Timeo and many more. In addition to their extensive list of luxury hotels and resorts, Belmond offers a vast collection of luxury train journeys for booking with us. Some of these trains include the British Pullman, Andean Explorer, Royal Scotsman, and Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, among others.

  • We ensure that in every aspect of your trip, you will be treated like a VIP, from ensuring that you are on the list for an upgrade, to confirming that you will be taken care of. With our relationships with our partners around the globe, we help make your trip as memorable as it should be. We are also happy to book for families, as a luxury family travel agent, we can make sure the whole family will be taken care off.

  • Due to our affiliation with FORA, we have access to ‘luxury preferred programs’ with each of our partnered brands. These invite-only partnerships give our clients an elevated experience over booking the stay yourself.

  • Get in contact with us using the provided form and we shall get back to you with rates or a trip plan depending on what you have asked for.

  • The majority of bookings will be fully refundable rates which you pay upon check-out of the property, however, a small amount either requires you to pay a refundable upfront rate or a deposit. Some discounted rates may also be non-refundable however it’s optional to choose this rate.

  • Yes, you can! We always advise clients to send us their loyalty number so we can add it to the booking, some brands such as Hilton double the amount of points you’ll get.

  • Yes, we can, on top of hotel-only bookings we offer full trip planning, which includes accommodation, transport recommendations (planes, trains etc), car hire, tours and other activities. Your first full plan is free.

  • No! On hotel-only bookings, we don’t charge any extra fee.

    For more complex trips we may charge a small fee to cover the time that it took to plan it. Contact us for more information.

  • Most times we are able to do what is known as a ‘takeover’ this is where we will contact the hotel to associate your booking with us.

  • We aim to give you a reply within 24 hours of your contact form submission.

  • We can book nearly everything from luxury cruise vacations to the Maharaja’s Express train in India. If you are feeling more adventurous, we can even book around the globe travel, stopping in country after country.
